A 60 minute consultation where we will:
Discuss the science of sleep and how to maximise sleep in those early weeks and months.
Review of your baby’s sleep environment to ensure it is supporting optimal sleep.
Discussing safer sleep and safer co-sleeping guidance so you can make informed decisions.
Learn about your babies sleepy cues, wake windows and how to support them to get enough sleep over the 24 hr period
Talk through any current sleep challenges you are experiencing, like what to do if you can’t put your baby down, if they ‘hate their cot’ or fight naps.
Set the stage for long-term sleep success: lay a solid foundation for healthy sleep habits that will benefit your baby as they grow.
Throughout the consultation you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions specific to your baby’s needs and get personalised advice!

Every baby is different, however most parents start to see a difference within 2-4 days! For example... Baby R was waking 2-4 times per night and being breastfed to sleep. By day 4, he slept for 9 hours straight! By night 6 he was settling to sleep with some gentle shushing and dad was fully involved in bedtime.

No, I don’t chose to use ‘cry it out’ methods. However it’s important to know when making any changes to your little ones sleep, there will likely be tears as it is their main way to communicate they are not happy things are different. I pride myself in using supportive methods that empowers parents to comfort their child when needed.

You will achieve longer stretches of sleep at night (but most likely a full nights sleep!) leaving you feeling rested and recharged, ready for a fun filled day with your little one. Best of all, you can share bedtime duties which means you can meet the girls for a glass of wine or even treat yourself to a spa day!
