About me
As a mum to two gorgeous little ones, I have experienced my fair share of sleepless nights!
I spent the first 18 months of motherhood exhausted, wishing I could have a full nights sleep. Often being the only one who could do bedtimes, I didn't have much social life and date nights with my husband didn’t exist. Little did I know, that by making small changes to our routine and teaching my little boy to self settle, I could have achieved improved sleep so much sooner!
We battled with reflux, feed to sleep associations, separation anxiety and sleep regressions all alone and I was desperate. We finally reached out to a sleep consultant and this is where our lives changed. At 20 months old my little boy finally slept through the night!
I started to get my bubbly, energetic self back, had more time for socialising and finally felt rested. This is the biggest driver for why I became a Sleep Consultant.
Helping others is my biggest passion, and so I also work part time in the NHS as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist. I support children with additional needs, such as Autism and Learning Disabilities to achieve their full potential at school and at home. It’s such a rewarding job, and gives me a wide range of skills that I can bring to supporting my families with sleep.

Gradual sleep training methods
In the depth of sleep deprivation, I felt the only option was to leave my baby to ‘cry it out’ for periods of time, which broke my heart. Made worse by the fact it didn’t change our sleep situation! That’s why I choose to only use proven and effective gradual methods to support my families. These room based methods encourage and support parents to provide their little one comfort whilst implementing the changes, never leaving them to cry it out.

Understanding the science of sleep and your babies neurodevelopment milestones is key to ensuring the right strategies are in place. I pride myself on delivering high-quality services that lead to real, sustainable improvements in your child’s sleep.
My goal is to not only help your child sleep better but to also empower you with the knowledge and tools to maintain healthy sleep habits for the future.

I understand how daunting it can be when you receive that plan, particularly if you are running on minimal sleep! That’s why I offer unlimited WhatsApp support for 3 weeks! You can message me as much or as little as you like, and I will respond during my waking hours giving you opportunity to ask questions in the moment and celebrate your successes!
